Privacy notice

This website is operated by Apex Enterprises, SU, Lda (“Apex Enterprises”, “we”), a company registered in Mozambique under legal entity number 105085885, with its registered office at Rua Diogo Cão, 438, Macúti, Beira, Sofala.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation and phone number if you give them, the topic you select and your message.

To protect the form and the website assistant from abuse, we use your IP address to limit repeated requests. It is held only in the server’s memory and deleted automatically about ten minutes after your last request (within eleven at most). The website does not write it to its logs or store it with your enquiry or anywhere else.

If you use the assistant, your questions, the conversation so far and the page you are on are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate each reply. Apex does not store these conversations or use them for marketing.

The conversation is kept in your browser only until you close the tab. Please don’t share sensitive personal information with the assistant. For anything specific to your organisation, use the contact form.

Only to read and respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not use them for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them.

Your message reaches us through service providers that handle form and email delivery on our behalf, and assistant questions are processed by Anthropic as described above. They may process this information only to provide their service.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any relationship that follows, and then delete them.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by replying to any message from us, or by writing to us through the contact form.
